We are a community-led group dedicated to uncovering, preserving and sharing the rich history of Goodmanham and the surrounding area – from the earliest prehistoric times right up to the present day.
Our focus spans:
- Palaeolithic & Mesolithic
- Bronze Age & Iron Age
- Roman Britain
- Medieval & Tudor eras
- Early Modern history
- Industrialisation
- World Wars
- Modern Goodmanham
Over time we will be building a full interactive historical timeline, sharing documents, photographs, maps and research – all accessible through this website and linked to our cloud archives.
